Constanta :Romania: The 39 years old politician Remus Cernea introduced a bill in parliament about Dolphin fish. Remus-Cernea said that dolphin a marine animal would be equal as the human beings in sight of law. That dolphins is intelligent like a human being & being capability of thinking its necessary to give dolphins equal rights as humans. The aim of this bill is also include to protect the killing of dolphin in black sea.
Remus Cernea said that the killers of dolphin will be punished like a killing of human.
To back his cause , Cernea has recieved a letter of support from American film maker Louie Psychosis famed for a 2009 documentary. The cova about dolphins hunting in Japan. If bill is passed then making live shows and refreshment activities with dolphins will be bounded.
Remus-Cernea said that its true that very low percentage of people will be agreed but he will fight personally for this issue.
