Retired General Pervez Musharaf is order to apper before bech of special court on january 16.
The three members court headed by Justice Faisal Arab had ruled that he would examine the report and verdicate today. This medical test of Pervaiz Musharraf was done from the Armed forces Institution of Cardiology (AFIC). The court have granted two days to Retired General pervaiz Musharraf to apper before branch.
During todays proceeding Anwar Mansorr khan , told the Court that he was threated to give up the case last night while his driver was tortured in karachi.
He provided the Callers number to IG Singh, Home secretry Sindh and IG IslamAbad while an FIR had also registerd.
On this Court told that no one will be tolerated and All will have to follow Laws. And court Also Orded to provide security to Prosecutin and lawyers.
