By ratio of wine drunk and Population France is at top. That on average every person of France drunks 2.15 litter wine every year. Americans drinks wine at the rate of 1.41 litter per year.
UAE is at number 6 where every person drunks 1.27 litter wine per year. India is at number 9, where every person drinks 1.24litter per year.
And PAKISTAN is at number 35, every person of Pakistan on average drinks 0.04 litter per year. And CHINA the country of Highest population drinks 0.02 litter wine per year.
