The latest scandal was brought out by a french Journalist  Pascal Rostain . He said that American president is now in love with a singer Beyonce. He said that this scandal will be the decoration piece of Washington Post. But American newspapers is not getting merged with this issue.

It should be remembered that it's journalist Pascal Rostain  who broke the news of french president Nicolas and Joly Gate.  Before this scandal  American President was seen with  prime Minister of Holland at the death ceremony of African president Nelson Mandela.

How to Hide Exe file behind Image

How to hide any file behind the picture ?
That's simple than your thoughts .
Follow simple steps
:

1) Open Command Prompt from start
2) Using  [cd ..]  Command go to  the destination where image and file is placed.
         For your easiness , i suggest you to place both(image & file ) in C:\ drive .
3) When you have reached the Directory where file are placed  Write these Commands

 copy /b  image.jpg + filename.txt   name_of_newfile.jpg

Note: Make sure that imagename and filename and new file creating must have their Extension (e.g  jpg, txt).
 4) Then Press Enter. and you will see that an image is created in your folder (where both files were placed before).

Now , you can send file to anyone with secret behind it.

John Kerry's Strict views About Syria

U.S Foreign minster John Kerry warned Syrian Government that  avoiding rules and regulation about destrtoying chemical weapons by Syrian Government may cause harmness to Syrian Government. In Berlin  in conference with German Chancler Kerry told that Syrian President Bashar has avoided rules about chemical weapons and it may cause war.

He also remainded that in agreement of Russian and America it was determined that if anyone will violate then this matter will be suspeded to Salamti Council and according to chapter 7 it may be used Forces. 

5.5 Million children out of school in Pakistan: UNESCO

Pakistan is at the 2nd number country where most children are out-of-school. This is a very bad condition. About 5.5 million children are out of school according to UNESCO. After china and India , Pakistan has also most  Adult people illiterate.
There are also many points mentioned in The Report that tells black signs for Pakistan's education system.

Research told that in Balochistan only 45% of grade 5 age can solve 2-digit subtraction compared with 73% of wealthier Punjab province. And only one -Quarter girls can make basic numeric operations and calculations. 

Primary education is very less in Pakistan . Its  a big crisis for Pakistan's Stability.
According to research made it is indicated that there are many reasons behind it that are teaching crises, school crisis, illiteracy of parents etc.

Government is now taking serious steps for the growing educational ratings. That is good sign for Pakistan.
