Berlin: A new channel broke the news on behalf of government that Germany refused to give 800 war tanks to Saudi Arabia. This deal was finalized earlier & thought as  a big deal of history.  Finance Minister was against this deal and he strongly disliked  this deal. Without his permission it was impossible to make deal successful. Deal plan was not sent to National security council for approval.

 If deal would be successful then Saudi Government declared 25 billion dollars for this.
