U.S Foreign minster John Kerry warned Syrian Government that avoiding rules and regulation about destrtoying chemical weapons by Syrian Government may cause harmness to Syrian Government. In Berlin in conference with German Chancler Kerry told that Syrian President Bashar has avoided rules about chemical weapons and it may cause war.
He also remainded that in agreement of Russian and America it was determined that if anyone will violate then this matter will be suspeded to Salamti Council and according to chapter 7 it may be used Forces.
